据我所知,没有一个广泛的端点来定义故障单状态以及该状态何时发生。搜索端点可让您定义目前的状态(当前已解决的票证)。增量票证事件端点将向您显示事件发生的时间(票证状态已更改为已解决),但不可搜索。大多数人会从Ticket Events端点存储数据,然后就可以将其搜索。
