使用scikit图像的分水岭分割实现

Question

I have image(attached) with certain overlapping, i want to segment it with watershed algorithm using distance transform but not able to achieve it. Steps followed: distance transform on binary image,then dilation and opening and finally watershed. I an new to this field, kindly help
