stack.yaml不是由Win7上的stack new创建的

Question

我在Win7下的命令提示符窗口中运行了“stack new bahugs franklinchen”;堆栈版本是1.1.2。它没有创建stack.yaml文件，并且出现错误：

C:\msys64\usr\share\bash-completion\completions\sh: streamingProcess: invalid argument (Exec format error)

这可能是由于模板franklinchen中的错误，还是Windows上的堆栈更基本的错误？
