对于你想要做的事情,上面的矩阵与空白是一个相当笨重的风格,并且很难创建。以下可能更有用(并捕获相同的信息)。

设置数据:

bout$StartTime <- times(as.character(bout$Time))
bout$EndTime <- bout$StartTime + times("00:00:10")

聚合

library(data.table)
bout.result <- setDT(bout)[order(bout), list(Date = min(Date), Dur = max(Time) - min(Time)), by = c("bout","area")]
