我没有在您的代码中看到您创建后台线程并启动它的任何位置。线程不是简单地开始自己。如果你选择了这条路线,可以考虑在你的run方法中加一个Thread.sleep(...)来给while循环稍微停顿一下。最好使用Swing Timer作为动画。
