df.reset_index(drop=True, inplace=True)
genes_pca.reset_index(drop=True, inplace=True)
cells_pca.reset_index(drop=True, inplace=True)
df = pd.concat([df, genes_pca, cells_pca], axis=1)

另外，有必要检查数据帧中的重复索引值，例如

df.index.is_unique

如果存在重复项，则可以将其删除：

df.drop_duplicates(inplace=True)

尝试使用pd.concate中的ignore index参数。另外，如果没有重叠的列，则列将为941，而不是926。
