您已根据构建主机上可用的内容而不是要构建的容器映像内的可用内容选择了Docker版本。 jenkins：lts映像基于Debian Stretch，而不是Ubuntu Bionic。

Dockerfile实际上只是在运行相当普通的Docker操作。因此，例如，您可以运行docker run -ti -u root jenkins/jenkins:lts /bin/bash，手动运行RUN脚本，并检查容器内的apt-cache输出：
