引用图形和子图形

Question

我想使用\ ref {fig：AvgNMVQoITUsers}和该子图\ ref {AchievedPIQoITUsers}来引用该图，但是未引用该图。我是Latex的新手，因此无法解决。在这方面的任何帮助将不胜感激。
