        $ sudo go get -u github.com/hyperledger/fabric-ca/cmd/...
        # cd /home/vagrant/go/src/github.com/hyperledger/fabric-ca; git submodule update --init --recursive
        fatal: 'submodule' appears to be a git command, but we were not
        able to execute it. Maybe git-submodule is broken?
        package github.com/hyperledger/fabric-ca/cmd/fabric-ca-client: exit status 128
