我的第一个想法是，它可能与我的ISO-8859-1语言环境有关，因为mathplotlib可能只能在UTF-8环境中安装。因此，在运行PIP之前，我将LC_ALL设置为de_DE.UTF-8，但是我得到的只是相同的错误。
我该怎么办？有没有其他安装/使用mathplotlib的方法或替代库来打印3d图？
