过去我有这个问题。在完成此工作后，我没有解决Eclipse错误，而是选择安装另一个版本的Eclipse并安装SuiteCloud IDE。

首先，导航至：https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/

向下滚动列表，找到“ JavaScript和Web开发人员的Eclipse IDE”

安装到您的根目录（C：//）

然后尝试再次安装SuiteCloud IDE。希望这会有所帮助。

requires 'bundle org.eclipse.jdt.core 3.9.2'是此错误的关键部分。

这就是说，至少需要org.eclipse.jdt.core插件的3.9.2版。

此插件的3.9.2版本首先包含在Eclipse Kepler（4.3）中，因此您至少需要运行此版本的Eclipse。旧版本将无法使用。
