    print ("Nope")
    break

是没有用的,因为在任何情况下您都break循环。

重复输入,直到读取有效名称为止:

UserSprite = None
while UserSprite == None:
    SpriteName = input("""Choose a sprite [...]""")
    UserSprite = vars()[SpriteName] if SpriteName in vars() else None

注意,您必须输入大写字母,因为所有变量名称都使用大写字母。输入必须区分大小写。
