我创建了一个类似于AggregateCdaUMLSProcessor.xml的管道，其中我想使用dictionary_lookup UmlsLookupAnnotator.xml而不是DictionaryLookupAnnotatorUmls.xml。
由identifiedAnnotations给出的UmlsLookupAnnotator不包括Sign/Symptoms，Disease/Disorder或Procedure Mentions等。在Java中，我已经完成了sofaMapping的要求。该管道适用于纯文本文档，但没有为CDA提供上述注释。我已经使用AggregateCdaUMLSProcessor测试了CDA文档，它给出了上述注释（我也需要MedicationMention除外）。
