您看到的错误是如果None通过cv2.cvtColor时发生的错误。

ret, img = cap.read()

在继续之前检查img is not None是一个好主意。根据您的输入源，cap.read()可能会失败。一本我的笔记本电脑，在开始返回有效图像之前，它至少发生了一次故障。
