您没有为mainContainer或它的孩子设置锚。这样,mainContainer的大小就简单地调整为首选大小,子级也被调整为首选大小。 prefHeight()不会分配首选高度,但会进行计算。

如果您使用锚点属性,则不必分配首选尺寸:

AnchorPane.setTopAnchor(mainContainer, 0d);
AnchorPane.setRightAnchor(mainContainer, 0d);
AnchorPane.setBottomAnchor(mainContainer, 0d);
AnchorPane.setLeftAnchor(mainContainer, 0d);

    AnchorPane.setTopAnchor(screen, 0d);

使用StackPane而不是AnchorPane(既作为场景根又作为ScreensController的超类型)会更简单,因为它无需指定锚点即可调整子项的大小。
