许多与gcc问题有关的帖子都说“运行xcode-select --install”。

但是，在MacOS Mojave上，我们需要运行

sudo installer -pkg /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/Packages/macOS_SDK_headers_for_macOS_10.14.pkg -target /

因为当前xcode-select跟不上MacOS Mojave。
