我遇到了类似的问题。我用conda解决了。假设您已经创建了一个名为pystan的conda环境。激活它,然后安装gcc:

$ source activate pystan
(pystan)$ conda install gcc

gcc -v显示我的gcc版本是4.2.x和Stan 2.19.0.0 requires gcc 4.9.3 or higher。所以我用Homebrew安装了gcc49:

$ brew install gcc49

如果gcc -v仍然不能打印4.9.x,但是gcc-4.9 -v可以打印,那么您应该创建指向刚刚安装的gccg++可执行文件的链接:

$ sudo ln -s `which gcc-4.9` /usr/local/bin/gcc
