与OSX 10.7相同的问题。我的修复：

cd /usr/bin
sudo ln -s gcc gcc-4.0

我下载的MySQL-python版本调用了gcc-4.0 gcc已经是apple gcc build的符号链接。

奇怪的是，我还在OS X雪豹上，当我输入gcc-4.0时我得到了：

 i686-apple-darwin10-gcc-4.0.1: no input files

所以我猜实际的实现版本是4.0.1，但可执行文件的名称是gcc-4.0

也许你应该尝试创建一个指向你的可执行文件的链接gcc-4.0（4.0.1）
