PS：我尝试了所有其他选项，包括切换位置，清理目录以及重新安装tomcat和eclipse，但这些都不适合我。甚至我将IDE从Eclipse更改为IntelliJ。想法但问题仍然存在。

由于您的servlet名称是'dispatcher'，Spring会在WEB-INF文件夹的默认位置中查找文件dispatcher-servlet.xml。尝试将spring-mvc-demo-servlet.xml重命名为dispatcher-servlet.xml，这样就可以了。希望对您有所帮助，谢谢
