plt.axes()激活已经创建的轴(在执行plt.scatter时创建的轴)。警告是告诉您,在将来的版本中,它会创建一个 new 轴实例,而不是激活已经创建的轴。

您可能想要的是获取当前正在使用的轴。您可以使用plt.gca()轻松地做到这一点。

所以替换

plt.axes().get_xaxis().set_visible(False) 
plt.axes().get_yaxis().set_visible(False) 

使用

plt.gca().get_xaxis().set_visible(False)
plt.gca().get_yaxis().set_visible(False)
