点安装基础

Question

我正在使用Twilio发短信程序，但无法安装基础，但一直遇到此问题。我已经尝试过重新安装pip，easy_setup，pip wheel，django和python。

我不知道为什么我仍然遇到此错误。我正在运行Mac Osx

Foundations仅适用于Python 2.7。
