Jupyter似乎尝试使用默认端口8000，但该端口已在使用中。首先，确保Jupyter Hub尚未在其他地方运行。如果不是，则其他服务可能已经在您的计算机上使用该端口。尝试运行gsutil ls使其在端口8080上运行。
