如何使用tensorflow API检测到对象时,如何选择图像中的ROI

我正在努力寻找图像中打开的手指数量(静态图像)。首先,我使用tensorflow API通过 egohands 数据集检测手牌,并使用output_dict['detection_boxes']获取[ymin, xmin, ymax, xmax]值。

然后我尝试用opencv绘制一个带有坐标的矩形。它工作正常,在检测到的区域绘制了一个矩形。但是当选择与ROI相同时,它就无法正常工作。

我遇到的问题:

image = Image.open(image_path)
  # the array based representation of the image will be used later in order to prepare the
  # result image with boxes and labels on it.
image_np = load_image_into_numpy_array(image)
  # Expand dimensions since the model expects images to have shape: [1, None, None, 3]
image_np_expanded = np.expand_dims(image_np, axis=0)
  # Actual detection.
output_dict = run_inference_for_single_image(image_np, detection_graph)
  # Visualization of the results of a detection.

h = vis_util.visualize_boxes_and_labels_on_image_array(
  image_np,output_dict['detection_boxes'],output_dict['detection_classes'],output_dict['detection_scores'],
      category_index,instance_masks=output_dict.get('detection_masks'),use_normalized_coordinates=True,line_thickness=8)
  #plt.figure(figsize=IMAGE_SIZE)
im_width, im_height = image.size

ymin = output_dict['detection_boxes'][0][0]*im_height
xmin = output_dict['detection_boxes'][0][1]*im_width
ymax = output_dict['detection_boxes'][0][2]*im_height
xmax = output_dict['detection_boxes'][0][3]*im_width

cv2.rectangle(image_np, (int(xmin),int(ymin)), (int(xmax),int(ymax)), (255,0,0),5)
roi = image_np[int(xmin):int(ymin), int(xmax):int(ymax)]
cv2.rectangle(image_np, (int(xmin),int(ymin)), (int(xmax),int(ymax)), (0,0,255),-1)
#cv2.circle(image_np, (int(xmin),int(xmax)), 55, (0,0,255), -1)

2 个答案:

答案 0 :(得分:1)

roi = image_np[ymin:ymax,xmin:xmax] 试试这个。 另外,在你的代码中我看到你已经将num_classes设置为90,为什么会这样?当你有一个班级(手,如果我没有错)。

答案 1 :(得分:0)

我猜你错误地完成了xmin,ymin,xmax和ymax的计算。我猜这应该是下面的内容:

ymin = output_dict['detection_boxes'][0][1]*im_height
xmin = output_dict['detection_boxes'][0][0]*im_width
ymax = output_dict['detection_boxes'][0][3]*im_height
xmax = output_dict['detection_boxes'][0][2]*im_width
