您无法在单元格单击事件期间更改数据源，因为该事件的事件和周围处理取决于网格的当前数据。

网格中有一些原始数据。单击单元格，datagrid视图收集单击的上下文（如当前行的索引）并触发事件。如果现在删除数据源，则当前行索引将变为无效。其余的DataGridView内部逻辑因此而失败。

您需要更改逻辑以向现有数据源添加行，或者使用BeginInvoke在另一个事件循环周期中独立处理事件。
