我找到了一个简单的解决方案。虽然设置在另一台计算机上运行，但我需要安装一个旧版本的tensorflow。

pip install tensorflow==1.5

如果您不知道安装了哪个版本的tf，如果您还没有从64位Windows二进制文件的uci存储库中获取它，请尝试删除您拥有的版本（pip uninstall tensorflow）然后下载并点击安装版本来自here。希望有所帮助。
