我最好的猜测是来自LSF的bsub
命令调度集群中另一台机器(计算节点)上的作业,其中未安装OpenCL。
在前端有OpenCL / CUDA,而不是集群的计算节点,这是我见过很多次的事情。即使是具有库的文件系统的部分共享,也必须存在用于OpenCLs ICD机制的文件夹/etc/OpenCL/vendors
。
您可以尝试通过clinfo
运行bsub
(如果您还没有),或使用bsub
执行ls /etc/OpenCL/vendors
。
如果您不确定LSF提交的作业是否在同一台计算机上运行,请使用带有和不带hostname
