kafka0.10.2 disk_read_io太高，isr总是收缩和扩展，客户端超时

Question

群集：0.10.2 20经纪人
现象：添加新的消费者并由高峰流量触发。

1. 群集将始终调整ISR
2. disk_read_io涨得很高
3. 客户端将显示超时
4. 经纪人fetchreplica链接已关闭。经纪人日志： Attempting to send response via channel for which there there no open connection, connection id

问题：
1.检查源代码后我发现这个// if the selector closed the connection because it was idle for too long.这个闲置的原因是什么？磁盘IO等待时间太长，或者说还有其他主动关闭的情况

1. 频繁切换网络流量的ISR消耗远远超过正常的消费流量，为什么会这样呢
