检查TensorFlow站点以获取要使用的正确文件版本集以及检查环境变量是否正确的位置。有警告说不使用最新的CUDA或最新的cuDNN。我无法让TensorFlow-GPU 1.6.0与我的Anaconda环境中的任何CUDA9.x / cuDNN7.0.x组合一起使用。我的错误与你的错误类似。

我下载了TensorFlow-GPU 1.5.0，它可以立即使用CUDA 9.0和cuDNN 7.0.5。使用Windows 10，Nvidia GTX 1070和Python 3.5.4。
