在VS项目中添加* .Settings文件时，其内容不会转到app.config文件。

VS自动创建一个继承自 ApplicationSettingsBase 的类（在您的情况下称为设置），并在构建期间自动嵌入到您的dll / exe中。

为了获取存储的设置，您只需在代码中创建一个Settings类的实例，并从其公共属性中获取值。
