random_shuffle（）不会改变任何C ++

我正在学习C ++，而我正在使用的书在一个简单的高分计划的代码中使用了random.shufle（），我正在逐字键入代码，但它无法正常工作...... 每当我运行程序时，除了random_shuffle（）部分之外，一切都有效。我用srand（static_cast（time（0）））播种了它;  这是代码：
