您使用的是Windows吗?

如果你是第一行应该#include“C:\ opencv \ build \ include \ opencv2 // objdetect.hpp”我认为(在objdetect.hpp之前用双斜杠)。这应该能够解决CascadeClassifier的问题。

至于CvCapture问题,你使用的是哪个版本的OpenCV?如果您使用的是最新版本(3.0或更高版本),我很确定它不再受支持,我不确定它是否仍然可以在旧版本中使用。请参阅此What is the difference between the CvCapture structure and the VideoCapture structure?

我建议使用VideoCapture代替http://docs.opencv.org/2.4/modules/highgui/doc/reading_and_writing_images_and_video.html#videocapture(看起来OpenCV 2.4也不支持CvCapture)。它们几乎是一样的,我现在正在使用VideoCapture,所以它应该运行良好!
