我认为不幸的是，这是TensorFlow的Windows版本的一个问题。编译TF的量化部分所依赖的https://github.com/google/gemmlowp库存在问题，因此在cmake中禁用任何依赖它们的东西（如quantize_weights）。值得在https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/issues
