我的路上有一个MSVCP140.DLL。我通过where MSVCP140.DLL检查了这一点。这是一个建议here的解决方案。
我从here安装了CUDA 8.0，从here安装了cuDNN 5.1（而不是cuDNN 6.0）。
我添加了cudnn64_5.dll（... \ bin）
张量流的CPU版本运行良好且没有错误。

我有很长一段时间完全相同的问题，而且似乎刚刚为我解决了这个问题。

安装cuDNN 6.0并确认cuda / bin中的dll名为cudnn64_6.dll。仅将名称更改为cudnn64_5.dll（并确保将其添加到您的路径中）。
