我有一个约8000帧的视频(.mp4)。我有一个csv告诉我在视频中需要抓住每一帧的时间,以及要抓取的帧数。 number_of_frames in video = 8000 times是一个像[0.004, 0.005, ... 732s]这样的数组 给出的数据中的最后一次是732秒。因此FPS = 8000 / 732 = ~10
