VIsualStudio 2017在构建过程中陷入困境

我在AzureWorkerRole中编写了大约60个项目（ASP.NET MVC，ConsoleApplication，Library，C#）的解决方案。当我开始build solution并最小化VS2017窗口构建过程暂停时。如果我将打开VS2017窗口，则构建过程开始工作。 我不确定，但看起来像卡住了：
