绘画方法仅适用于绘画。你不应该导致线程延迟。这将阻止GUI重新绘制,直到整个循环完成执行。

相反,您可以使用Swing Timer来安排重新绘制。

您可能应该绘制到BufferedImage,而不是在paintComponent()中进行绘制。然后,您可以在JLabel上的ImageIcon中显示图像。

因此,当生成Timer事件时,您会绘制彩虹的颜色。绘完所有7种颜色后,停止定时器。
