更改此行:

    mScaleType=ScaleType.BOTTOM;

 mScaleType=ScaleType.FIT_XY;

如果您还有同样的问题,请检查设置为match_parent的布局,或者在视频开始播放的情况下设置scaleType.FIT_XY。
