在我设置CUDA和CuDNN时看起来错误。按照Nvidia提供的指南，它告诉我为Mac OS X设置DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH的路径。不幸的是，这在使用Jupyter Notebook时不起作用。我们需要遵循Nvidia指南针对Linux的步骤并设置LD_LIBRARY_PATH。这解决了这个问题。

在我启动Jupyter笔记本的情况下，即使在LD_LIBRARY_PATH和.bashrc上将其导出到Ubuntu上，.profile也已清除。只有env VARIABLE=$VARIABLE jupyter notebook启动笔记本服务器才能解决问题。
