首先录制音频然后将其发送到服务器有一个根本性的错误。记录需要时间,然后发送数据并获得响应需要时间。

如果您需要良好的互动,则需要使用Websockets将音频流式传输到服务器,而不是使用HTTP请求发送。当录制结束时,服务器将向您发送解码结果。

speech_recognition库在这里设计得不好,你应该直接使用IBM接口和python websocket模块。 Python示例在这里:
