问题在于您使用virtualenv中的pip运行sudo。这暂时使你成为root用户，重置virtualenvwrapper设置的所有环境变量，从而在系统范围内安装软件包而不是virtualenv。

这应该更好：

workon cv2
pip install keras tensorflow
