我猜你的图像在背景中有一些阴影,全局阈值不会产生预期的结果!

您可以尝试使用自适应阈值或top/bottom-hat transformation +全局阈值来分割粒子。因此,将图像加载为灰度,忘记Imgproc.cvtColor 并使用Core.InRangethreshold或其他人的分段方法替换adaptiveThreshold;)
