答案是，对于开发，您需要从sandbox.paypal.com而不是developer.paypal.com发送来自IPN模拟器的IPN请求。
您还必须使用您在developer.paypal.com中创建的something-facilitator@example.com信用卡登录sandbox.paypal.com。
