对我来说，当我在Incognito窗口中进行测试时，此错误已得到修复。我在没有错误的情况下完成了10次以上的测试付款，之后在2次或3次付款后总是会显示这些错误。

我认为这只是一个沙盒错误，因为我从来没有在真实账户上看到过这个错误（过去使用真实账户可能接近一百次付款）。

使用假电子邮件地址（test@test.com）时，我收到了这个荒谬的错误消息。

一旦我使用了真实的电子邮件地址，该地址在真正的PayPal网站上有一个帐户，错误就消失了。

之后，执行以下操作会创建一个新的Sandbox帐户：

使用真实的PayPal帐户电子邮件（针对购买者）
使用您的密码登录 - 它表示＆＃34;未找到用户名/密码＆＃34;
再做一次
第三次有一个访客用户按钮。
点击它，输入卡片详细信息并付款。
付款后，会询问您是否要创建新帐户 - 请说“是”。
