我正在尝试为重复的k-fold交叉验证编写一个循环。基本上尝试执行10次交叉验证并重复10次以获得预测和产生的10个AUC值。

我似乎在循环中缺少一些东西,允许将计算的预测移动到为k-fold结果创建的空数据帧的相应列。我只得到输出中的最后一个k-fold分数...而不是全部10.我仍然需要获得每个k倍验证的auc值。

有没有办法在循环中加入auc计算来获取值?如果有人能指导我,我将非常感激。
