我找到了解决方案，似乎有些糟糕的视频驱动程序返回无效的第1帧。我所做的只是检查并继续，如果它是假的，它工作正常。

该例外表示cap.read已将None返回img。你应该注意这一点：

while(cap.isOpened()):
  ret, img = cap.read()
  if not ret: break

文件说：

如果没有抓取任何帧（相机已断开连接，或视频文件中没有更多帧），则方法返回false，函数返回NULL指针。

因此，如果您使用的是USB网络摄像头，请确保USB连接稳定。特别是，如果您正在使用任何USB集线器/分机，或者您的端口状况不佳。
