看起来问题出在这一行

/usr/bin/env: node: No such file or directory

要么您没有安装nodejs，要么它不在$PATH。请注意，运行jupyterhub需要nodejs / npm。 看起来就像你正在运行一些Linux发行版所以你应该能够运行

sudo apt-get install npm nodejs-legacy
