Postgresql没有在localhost上运行

我最近在我的ubuntu 14.04 vm上安装了postgresql，但我似乎无法从localhost连接到我的数据库：找不到postgres://127.0.0.1:5432/mydb?sslmode=disable，尽管psql mydb带我到正确的终端，sudo netstat -plunt |grep postgres不返回任何内容，但su postgres -c "netstat -plunt |grep postgres"打印：
