如何在没有父级和web.xml的情况下在Spring Boot中创建WAR文件？

在我的春季启动中，将旧的J2EE项目转换为Spring-Boot Based并使用：

没有父pom，我也将maven war插件添加到我的文件中。 但是当我使用mvn包创建war文件时，它在jetty中不起作用，令人费解的是，WAR文件的文件结构是 ProjectName - BOOT-INF - classes - WEB-INF - lib

，常见的文件结构应该是： ProjectName - WEB-INF
