如何在springApplication中创建.war文件

Question

我正在开发一个Spring Boot项目，我从一开始就不熟悉它，所以我没有小心，在WEB-INF中我错过了web.xml文件，现在我该如何手动创建它或用于创建该文件的其他方式。
