numpy包中包含需要在使用前编译的代码，并且您的系统没有可用的编译器（大多数Windows系统都没有）。您可以设置一个，但安装预编译版本更容易。

您有两个主要选项 -

  • 使用像Anaconda这样的分发版，其中包含预先构建的科学软件包版本。
  • 从Christoph Gohlke网站下载预建安装程序。例如，这里是numpy。

确保为Python安装下载正确的版本。如果从Windows上的命令行运行Python，它应该显示如下内容 - 

Python 2.7.2 (default, Jun 12 2011, 14:24:46) [MSC v.1500 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32

...对于此安装，正确的文件为numpy-1.10.3+vanilla-cp27-none-win_amd64.whl。
